I thought the rooms were spacious and very clean. It had clearly been recently refurbished and it made the hotel seem all the better for that. The breakfast was good with a varied selection of ham/bread/cheese and more importantly a generous time slot in which to take breakfast ( 7- 11am). I would definitely book this hotel again if I were visiting Copenhagen
For the price , I think it was very good. The only improvement would have been tea and coffee making facilities in the room itself.

Location close to the Central Train Station and City was the best. Could walk everywhere. Room was facing street and not too loud on the top floor, but I would be interested in other rooms. Great Staff. Without free wifi, I will never recommend a hotel. The free wifi was downstairs in the lobby and lounge. It was usable and a good work space. The Breakfasts were a decent and tasty cold buffet. Warm hard boiled eggs were a favorite of my family. I would go back there again.
No air conditioning and we were having a heat wave. I know they don't need air in Copenhagen, but even a fan would have helped. They should just put free wifi in the rooms and stop trying to get 5 Kroners a day for it.

Location, quiet rooms at the back.
Poor toilet cleaning and a missing in bathroom above the tiny washing basin. Rooms on 4th floor to be avoided as they are underneath the very noisy breakfast room on the 5th.

The rooms were functional and contemporary, had a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets. Location: the hotel was near the metro and the city, the railway station and all the tourist attractions.

Had nicely updated guest room with beautiful windows as well as a garden view. The breakfast deal was large with chiapudding for vegans and completely raw boiled eggs served up. Our business trip was perfectly pleasant, would happily go back again.

Location near city sightseeing, and the railway/metro station. Terrific service, nicely updated guest room with wine, a working desk very convenient for telework and attractive books.

The complimentary glass of wine in the cozy courtyard created a delightful atmosphere after a day of exploring. However, the lack of air conditioning made my room uncomfortable at night.

good breakfast and convenient location for a short visit to Copenhagen.
The wireless connection in the room is not free and the charge per day is a bit expensive. Also, there is only one computer in the lobby to check emails.

Very stylish in the scandinavian style. Important - they allowed two young kids in the same rooms with parents, not many hotels do it. Location is really great. We went on foot to the Zoo (about 1.5 km) and also to all central attractions. Many restaurants around.
A nearby partking (in Lidl supermarket) costs DKK 200 per day.

Its location was marvellous, close to the station, and in a great area. The room was reasonably spacious, included down pillows.
